Mark Amtower, founder of Amtower & Company, is widely regarded as a leading expert in marketing to the Federal government. Since January 1996, Dezzutti has been President and CEO of Market Connections. The firm's success has been driven by its ability to help its clients integrate information about their markets, customers, and competitors into comprehensive plans that translate research data into specific actions to propel their business forward.

Prior to forming Market Connections, Dezzutti was Director, Marketing Communications and Research for Government Technology Services, Inc. (GTSI), a leading reseller of computer hardware, peripherals, and software to government. There, Dezzutti also served as Director, Corporate Planning and Quality. During her tenure at GTSI, Dezzutti revamped the annual strategic planning process and led the strategic process team that resulted in shorter cycle times for product delivery and responding to customers. She directed the corporate research process, which included performing market studies and customer and employee satisfaction research. She developed and executed a $5 million annual marketing budget and led the annual marketing planning process to ensure strategic alignment of specific campaigns with company goals.

She holds a B.A. in Business Administration and a B.S. in Economics from Radford University; she also has an M.B.A. in Business Administration from George Mason University. She is co-founder and co-chair of the Government Marketing Forum. An active member of the American Marketing Association, she is also a member of Women in Technology, the Northern Virginia Technology Council, the American Business Woman's Association, and the Radford University Business Industry Council.

She has held senior marketing and sales positions with industry leaders and emerging companies in the telecommunications, videoconferencing, software and outsourcing industries.

Her background in both sales and marketing gives her the unique ability to bridge the gap that often separates those departments, and develop strategic marketing initiatives that impact the bottom line of the organization. Throughout her career, she’s used this experience to help businesses increase revenue, open new markets, launch new products and services, and create strong relationships with their clients.

After 20 years at the receiving end of marketing departments and consulting firms, Kelly launched The Harman Group in 2003 with a mission to provide practical, sales-driven marketing services to companies that sell to the public or private sectors.  Her firm places an emphasis on measuring performance and delivering maximum results for every investment. As a result, The Harman Group has grown rapidly, achieving industry recognition and a solid foundation of clients.

Kelly serves on the board of the City of Manassas Business Council and the Government Market Forum and is a member of The American Small Business Coalition's Helm Committee.
